I bought a new sims card and I've tried to transfert my old phone number into my new forfeit. Now, Fizz told me that they canno't transfer my phone number and thet send me a link for chatting with them but it juste doensn't work. It's written « Page not foud » when I'm clicking on the button. Theyr'e charge me my first mensuality without properly activating my forfeit. I can't cancel my forfeit because he's not fully activated and I canot activated it beacause they told me that I cannot retry to change my number ! Please someone it's been a week now and I am about to go nuts.

    It can be impossible to porting the number by multiple factor check this guide https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-having-problems-transferring-my-current-phone-number-to-fizz-why-what-can-i-do

    You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    Go chat online with customer service department. They will tell you what is the best solution in your case.

    I am sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your phone number transfer.

    From what I can see in my tools, the transfer is not completed yet due to the fact that the confirmation was not offered in the requested time.

    In order for the request to be tried again, please contact our customer service agents as they are available at any hour.

    While making the transfer request, I kindly suggest you to keep the SIM card from the other provider inserted in order to receive in time the text for confirming the order.

    Regarding the charge, at Fizz the payment for the payment cycle is taken in the moment of activating the plan due to the fact that we are a prepaid service.
