Hello Team,

I am on a travel and I wont be using the service until next year . Please provide me suggestion to disconnect /de-active the service for next 6 months. So once I am back to Canada , I want to re-activate the service. Kindly, help me with your thoughts . Thanks

    Hi @kamy

If you want to keep your number, close the plan, reactivate within 60 days at the minimum (without data, calls, etc), after 15 days close it again, and so on.

If you don't want to keep the number, close the plan and when you are back activate a plan using the same sim (if it is a VoLTE sim)

If you want to keep your number, you’ll have to maintain your Fizz account active by reducing its use to minimum (no plan, you get charged per use). You need to use your actual Fizz SIM card at least once every 60 days, unless your account will be deactivated.
