    Hello RachelMa,
    Thank you for reaching out.

If you followed the steps provided by the other members here and you still experience some issues with the internet speed, please feel free to contact our customer service representatives to verify the issue as it may indeed be a technical one.

Here is a resume of the suggestions:
    -restart the modem
-proceed with a test on a device connected through an ethernet cable
-proceed with a speed test on WIFI with only one device connected

    Have a good one!

    Hi @RachelMa

Can you try to use a computer connected directly with the ethernet cable?

Try to reboot the modem too

    It seems a wifi limitation

If you don't have any improvement after restart you should contact client service to check if your upgrade was applied.

Try to restart your modem. Then reconnect with just 1 device and do a speed test.

It also may be that your new speed does not come into effect before the next month.

50 Mbps download would be a mistake — there is no plan with that limit. It might need a technical fix.
