Unfortunately you don't have a data plan.
In order to receive data gifts, you should have at least the minimum data plan of 1GB.

As other members already specified, in order to receive data, you need to have data in your plan. To do so, you can change your plan by accessing your account → My plans → Manage my plan → Change my plan. Any change has to be done at least 5 days before the end of cycle date and it will take effect starting with the next payment cycle.
