Live support chat does not work for me.

When I click on the live support chat, it does not open anything. I've tried using incognito page to open it. Which just directs me to sign in then does not work.
I've also tried using the imessage chat/whats app doesn't work.

Sorry to hear about the issue!

I just tested the chat option on our side and it works properly.

Please check if you have any pop-up disablers or even try another device if possible.
