Live in Ontario, and recently tried to dial the provide wide number user to access our health care system. The number, 310-2222, does not require an area code. But using my cell phone on Fizz, I get an busy signal. I still have a Voip-based home phone, and it dialed the number successfully. I did open a ticket with Fizz support, and their answer was to use an area code! I guess they didn't read my initial entry completely. Anyone else experience this problem? Or is it just me?

    Hi @mike73

Probably Fizz is not able to localize properly you place in order to add the area code yet

Maybe you could try adding your area code as in xxx-310-2222 to see if that works.
