I'm trying to activate a sim card and my payment kept not being accepted, and now it's saying too many attempts. I need this to be fixed, so that I can activate my new account. Thanks

    Thank you for the interest in our services and sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your payment.
     From what I can see in your Fizz account, you were able to discuss with a customer service agent and he assisted you in this regard.

    Please contact the agents again using one of the available channels as it seems like your mobile plan activation is not completed yet.
    They will assist you in retrying the transfer.
