Issues with the site?

Wanted to know if anyone else experienced issues lately, especially with reaching customer support. I'm in QC.

I'm trying to activate SIM cards. Says payment declined every time, no matter which card I use. Mine, my mum's, my sister's, nothing works. All cards that are accepted with valid identical addresses. It's stressful since I need to activate them before Monday, otherwise my other service provider will charge me. Called my bank, they said everything should be working and it's on Fizz's end.

The way to reach customer support doesn't work. I tried on 3 phones, my computer, 4 different browsers, private mode, everything. It actually appears on private mode, but logs me out instantly and doesn't show up anymore afterwards. Contacted through messenger and they said the issue is being worked on, but I was wondering if anyone else had any problems with it. I thought I was alone before my sister tried and it didn't work for her either. Been trying to solve this for 3 days, I am exhausted.

    I was having the same issue when I first signed up. For some reason it wouldn't take my credit when I used mobile devices. When I used a desktop though, for some reason my credit card was accepted.
