Unable to Send Data for my Son

My son has a data plan of 6GB, calls across Ontario, and no text messaging. I've been trying to send data to him. The operation completes successfully, but he doesn't receive the data, and it's not deducted from my account. I opened a ticket with Fizz over a week ago but haven't received any updates. Any thoughts on how to solve this problem?

    I had a similar problem yesterday, you should contact the support

    You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    I am really sorry to hear about that.
    I verified both your and your friends account and noticed that both have mobile data plans and both have the Full experience settings enabled.
    A ticket has been created on your friends account and he will receive the answer on his email once the situation is solved.
    From what I can see the technical team have yet to provide us with a response for this issue.
    I can assure you that our technical team is working to provide us with an answer in the shortest time possible.
