I need to activate my new SIM for an existing plan

Trying to activate a SIM online but an error message comes up saying i need to contact CS by chat trying to reach a CS rep but I am not getting any response?

    Hello @begr,
    If you need to activate a sim card with a new phone number you can simply do that yourself from your Fizz account by going under Overview and click on Mobile plans.
    There, you’ll have the opportunity to activate your SIM card.

    If you would like to activate a new sim card and keeping your phone number, this action can only be done from our end and you will need to contact us on our live chat to help you make this change.
    To contact us through our live chat to be able to assist you live you need to access the following link and click on the green bubble and select Chat.  https://fizz.ca/en/support
    You can try and open it from different browsers if the link does not work.
    Once you are in the live chat you can ask the Robot to transfer you to a representative to discus this with.
    Depending on the number of request at that time you will be put in a queue.
    Rest assured that one of our agents will be there to assist you live as soon as possible.

    Hi @begr

    Your procedure need to contact the support, prepare a copy an ID with photo and the credit card associated with your account (delete the numbers at the exception of the last 4). Try with this link to contact the support https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do

    open the chat window from another browser if it doesnt work. then just type speak with agent. sometimes you need to wait a few minutes for someone to connect but should happen eventually.
