Ordered 3 sim cards but only 1 received

I am trying to get in touch with the customer service but no one answers till now!! This is what I am worrying about because fizz doesn't have a physical store or phone number.

    I am very sad to hear about this situation.
    Our customer service is here to help you but we do not have a contact number or physical stores.
    The only solution to get in touch with us is through our social platforms and the live chat.
    Keep in mind that our social platforms are not in real time therefore delays might appear between our replies.

    Did you use the chat?

    You can still open a ticket, from your panel → My settings → contact form

    Usually they will ask to order back, and at the activation ask for a refund

    Can I suggest opening one account for each plan? Here’s why:

    With three accounts, you will gain $125 in credits since you can use a referral code, but you can only use one code per account.

    First, open the initial account and use a referral code (for example, mine 😃, you will receive a $25 credit on your second payment. After opening your first plan, you will get your own referral code. Use this code to activate the second plan on a new account. On the second account's second month's payment, you will receive $25 for the referrer and $25 for the referee. Repeat this process for the third account and plan.

    Do you know about the referral code program, to get 25$ credit at your second payment, you need to use a referral code at the activation of the first plan, if you don't have one you can pick mine is after code in my
    name or pick one from here
