I see you closed my discussion with a false claim of having contacted your reps, quite the contrary, the reps ghosted me, one young lady ended me chat saying she wasted more than 5 minutes with me and she could "waste" any more time with me and dismissed me.
I provided reps a video, demonstrating that the web and mobile we purchase options where generating an error, and their reply was a generic template provided to someone asking " how to make a purchase"
It was a miserable experience, I'm not here to rant, just to leave an indication to others about how a 5+ year client with 5 telephone accounts and internet service was treated for the most trivial of issues.
And @whizz dismissing and closing my previous thread is just another example of what Customer Service means to you folks @fizz.
