Good afternoon,
I remember cancelling my subscription before my move back to France last week. However, for some reason, I was still charged and did not receive any email reminding me about it. Is there a way to get a refund since I will not be using any data or service in Canada for the next 4 months.

Following my verification, there is no unsubscription order on your account, hence why your plan is still active. In order to unsubscribe, you need to access your Fizz account → My plans → Manage my plan → Unsubscribe. Your plan will be cancelled at the end of the payment cycle; more details being found here
