Hey! I'm considering switching to fizz, any info that would be helpful? Also I'm wondering about the difference in the coverage zones, where it's pink, is there still coverage/does it change anything?
Thanks so much!

    Hello @Esmemd_1000,
First I want to thank you for being interested in our services.
On this link you will be able to see the map of our coverage zones https://fizz.ca/en/coverage
The green area is where you need to live in order to be our customer and there you will be connected to our Fizz network and do most of your usage regardless of the coverage you choose for your plan.
The red area are zones outside the Fizz network however you will be able to access our partners networks Fizz EXT if you have coverage there.
This will not affect you in anyway, all you will need to do different there is to connect a Fizz EXT network available to you.
For a better understanding of this situation I recommend you reading this FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/faq/subscription-area-and-coverage-area
    Hopefully that answered your question.
I have chosen this as the best answer as I think its the most complete and accurate to your question.
I wish you a good day.

    hi @Esmemd_1000

This means that you can use your phone with partners network

You can use up to 3 months without using more than 50% https://fizz.ca/en/faq/partner-networks

For me the service is good not great. But for the savings and the amount of data you get, I'm very happy with the service.

The green zones are Fizz zones. The red ones are away zones. Your service would still work but you would be using one of the partners' towers (free).
