Modem is not working
My modem just stopped working this morning. I tried to connect it to different walls, but I can't turn it on. The cable is fine and there's no issue with the electricity.
Can Fizz change my modem or fix it? How can I proceed?

If the modem is not powered on this can mean that it is broken and you need to contact the customer service to be replaced
