Disconnects often won't reconnect, restarting phone connects it usually until it disconnects again. Inconvenient and annoying

    Can you give us more information? Which city?

    Are you using FIzz or Fizz Ext?

    It works fine for me. Sometimes it drops from LTE to 4G but it goes back to LTE when I'm in a better spot.

    It depends on the area in which you are. Check the signals for other areas in the neighborhood to see if it's the same problem.

    Are you having this issue at one location or multiple locations. It could be 1. too far from an optimal cell tower so it attempts to connect and then disconnects. 2. issues with the phone as restarting/toggling airplane mode will force it to reconnect to the network

    Hello @Heathan

    Could you please try to switch your phone to airplane mode for a couple seconds, then switch it back and test the service? If the issue persists, reinsert the Sim and restart the phone after.

    Like I said, restarting the phone connects it to mobile. I'm in spots that are fine, it's Toronto. Sometimes fizz other times fizz ext
