Payment Conformation Activating SIM Card Blank Screen

I have been trying to activate my SIM card on Fizz’s website, but every time I confirm my payment through a 2FA code, I am met with the same error/blank screen (attached to this post). I have tried using incognito mode, using various browsers, using various devices, deleting my cookies, deleting my cache, and using various cards. Nothing works. Does anyone have any advice? I’d love to join Fizz.

Are you suing VPN? Try to disable
The 2FA it seems to be a problem with your institution, since it is not asked from Fizz
You can always contact the support,
support, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.2 -
I think you've already tried everything I would do. I believe it's best if you just contact support and see if they can help.
