All my mobile plan's add-ons always expire at the end of the plan's cycle. Is this normal?

Hello!

I expected the add-ons I buy for my mobile plan to last at least 30 days from the day I buy them. But in actuality they always seem to expire at the end of my mobile plan's payment cycle no matter when I buy them.

    strange since an addon must expire at the end of the next billing cycle or when you used all

    You should validate with the support

    You can open a ticket, go on your plan, my settings→ contact form

    I've never gotten add ons but confirm with customer support and see what they say.

    Normally an Add on lasts for two payment cycles, unless you used it. In order to do further verification, please contact us directly by accessing this link https://fizz.ca/en/support
