Added another Travel Add-on - not showing in My Plans - Add-on Travel section
Hola,
I'm in Spain and have almost spent my 1 GB Add-on Travel (719 MB/ 1GB). I just bought another 1 Gb, but it doesn't show in my Add-on Travel section (just the 719 MB/ 1GB) of My Plans page. I can see the transaction for the second 1 Gb has been processed.
How long does it take for the second 1 GB travel add-on to become active? Is there something I should do to activate the second travel add on?

Sometimes it can take a few minutes to see. How long since you've added it on?

Sometimes you can not see the results of the transaction immediately but if you have the proof of the payment you can clarify after coming back.

It's been 30 minutes and the Add-on Travel section of the My Plans page still shows 719 MB / 1 GB. I expect it to show 719 MB / 2 GB.

I am sure it will appear in your account. If not today, maybe tomorrow.

Unfortunately, the Add-on Travel portion of the My Plan page still only shows 708 MB / 1 GB instead of what I thought would be 708 / 2 GB. On a positive note, I now realize that 708 MB is the amount of data remaining, not used.

After making the necessary verifications into your account I noticed that the travel Add on is available into your account.
To see it you can access My Plans section.
