Facebook Authenication Code Problem

Did some searching on the forums and I only found one post from 2020 related to the one I'm having.

I switched to Fizz Monday night, woke up Tuesday to my browser logged out of Facebook. Usually when this happens, it sends me a F2A code to log back in. For some reason Fizz's network isn't delivering the code.

My partner is also dealing with the same issue - she isn't getting any of the codes sent to her phone either.

I've opened a ticket about it (two actually now that it's been over two days) and I wanted to see if others are dealing with this problem from Fizz? Before switching, no issues at all. I feel like I need to waste money switching to another provider just to get access to my Facebook account.

Not happy at all with this company if they have problems like this to be honest - I'm afraid what other apps and sites they might not be allowing for F2A SMS. =|

    Some short message they don't work, are you able to get a call instead an SMS?

    You can also remove the authentication from the Facebook account.
