Bad network performance and service
Why do you close my forum post when I didn't reply to it yet, and no one else was able to reply how their experience has been?
All that information you just asked for was provided before, more than one time.
It was in fact given in all the cases you closed several times. Time, dates, phone numbers, phones used, everything. Then on chat or email they asked the same question again.
Now you are asking again. Go check the cases you closed for the information. I have wasted enough time providing that several times.
Regarding the phone calls not going through issue:
I just called myself from a different phone and it says my phone is out of service.
So just call me if you feel you need even more information about who is calling me. I even told someone who was chatting with me the same day that was happening to call me if they needed more debug info.
(That case was closed being told it was fixed... not fixed.)
Regarding data speed: still issue.
To those that replied, its not my phone, since the phone works with a different Fizz account! and I have tried 2 phones. This all started with talking to the phone manufacturer who after their debugging and logs said its the carrier not my phone.
