Fizz to new address

Hello fizz people!

I have a friend who wants to sign up for home internet with Fizz.

She was almost done with everything but the problem came when she tried to enter the credit card. Saying that the address doesn't match.

The thing is, her current CC has her current address where she's with another company, but she's moving in July and wants to change to Fizz.

How can she make it work since her CC doesn't match the new address?

    When she enters the credit card the system should ask for the address associated with the credit card which must be the same registered with the credit card company

    Elena is right, the address must match. Enter the address of the credit card. If she needs to get the modem delivered and installed to her new address, wait a few days before the move, change the credit card address then register to Fizz

    She should probably just wait until closer to the date then update her address.

    The address of the credit card has to match the one on her account. She can either use another payment method with the updated address, or she can subscribe later on after changing the address of her current payment method.
