Mobile is Roaming while in Calgary (No Internet)

Two phones have been connected yesterday, in Calgary.
APN programmed
One phone is not roaming and the other phone is roaming (R).
The roaming phone does not connect to the internet.
I turned International Roaming on.
I manually selected fizzEXT (the only on available for Fizz)
No luck.

Advice would be appreciated, thank you.

    Hello EStanley  ,

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    To remedy the situation, try to reset the phone`s network settings first, then just restart the phone, enable / disable airplane mode.

    If the issue still persists, I advise you to test the Sim card in another phone , be sure that it`s compatible with the specifications found here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices

    Reach our customer service on chat in case the issue does persist even after these steps for further investigations.

    Did you enable the data roaming on the phone?

    It should be ok if you are in an area where Fizz has no network signal.

    In the phones network settings, mobile networks, select 4G LTE.
