Solution found on non emergency 3 digit numbers

if you have volte option on your phone in the on position then for some reason non emergency 3 digit numbers will not connect. Switch Volte option off and calls will connect. My phone is a samsung galaxy S22. Hope this info is helpful.

Therefore it seems a problem with the Beta which probably is not over yet

Please note that N11 numbers or telephone short codes, do not work everywhere. While 911 DOES work, other telephone short codes such as 211, 311, 411, 511, 711 and 811 do not.
