What phone are you using?
Are you in 3G or 4G(LTE) coverage?
Did you try to reboot the phone?
Is your phone certified by Fizz for the VoLTE?

I never knew there was an HD calling. I just transferred from another provider about a week ago.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
As the user elena code xzi4t stated ( for which I will give her the best answer ) , check if your phone is in the VoLTE compatible list of phones first, and then reboot or do a network reset for the mobile device ( if the device is compatible ).
