Internet connection freezes every few minutes
In Montreal, have been using Fizz for awhile with few issues. For the past week, the internet connection will freeze for a minute or two at a time. This happens consistently every 5 or so minutes. These freezes occur both on Wifi and devices connected by ethernet. The frequency is making it difficult to do anything that requires a stable connection. I have tried all of the recommended solutions, even performing a factory reset on the modem. Nothing has helped the situation at all, and the ongoing nature leads me to believe that it is not going to resolve itself. Any suggestions or assistance would be appreciated!

If you already try the factory reset, the only solution is as the support to monitor the modem.
