activating new sim card

Hello everyone, I have been trying to activate a new sim card but I am constantly getting an error message saying to contact support by chat. Well its been an hour now and support by chat is not very helpful, is there actually any technical support at fizz?

    Hi @eric N. #39105

    If you try to replace the SIM card associated with a plan, you need to contact the support since they need to verify your IDs (they will ask a copy of an ID with photo and the credit card associated with the plan, delete the number at the exception to the last 4). When you chat try to ask for an agent or say card swap or similar

    If you try to activate a new plan, they should not get that message
