i activated my new service plan and i don't have sms but i can't access my voicemail due to the issue that it already has a pin and i dont know the pin

    Sorry to hear about this.
    If you do not remember the PIN of your voicemail you can change it right away from your Fizz account by going into My plans>Manage my plan>Advanced parameters>PIN to Access Your Voicemail.
