Did you check if in your account, the activation is still in pending mode?
You should be able to make a call as soon your account is activated.
Did you try to reboot the phone?
Do you have unlimited calls?

I am sorry to hear that.
I have verified your account and I noticed that your phone line has been fully activated.
Make sure that you use the native application for calls if you want to make calls and that the call you try and do is within your coverage area.
I suggest that you restart the phone try and put in on airplane mode on and off.

I think you want to first check if the IMEI number you provide is the one that uses your Telus account/sim. If it's not correct than the porting of the number may fail to go through. In that case Fizz should sent you an email saying the port didn't work.0
