Try to test with an Ethernet cable it can be some problem with a Wifi like a conflict with other wifi

After verifying your account I noticed that you have tried to make a scan in the Fizz Wi-Fi application however the scan was not finished.
I will kindly ask you to do the scan again until it is completed.
I also noticed that you had 13 devices connected when doing the scan.
For a better result, it is recommended to do the speed test having only one device connected to your network.
