Why does it say I missed my appointment when the installer never showed up?
I waited at my apartment all day for the installation, I just looked at my status and it says I missed the appointment. I left my number and assumed I would get a call when the installer arrived, I didn't have a knock on the door and there were no options to leave a code for the installer. I have a new appointment on saturday, how do I ensure this doesn't happen again? I would like to leave the installer my phone number and to call when they arrive, is there any possibility I can do that?

That is a common message, probably the tech was not able to complete the previous installation

That was an automated message , as you receive it even if you were home but the technician did not come to deliver the modem.
