The chat is still not working

I click chat to a agent I sign in but I can't click on the chat with a agent doesn't work, doing it throw my cell

    Did you try to use the browser in private mode and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page

    Chat has been hit or miss in the last few days... I suggest you to try again.. @Whizz can you please help here... Several users are complaining about the chat not working
