chat doesn't work

when I got to help and support, click talk to a agent , i login to my account and then the chat to a agent button dosent work , how do I chat with you?

    Several users complained about chat not working well in the last few days... Unfortunately the only thing to do is to keep trying... @Whizz could you please look into this?

    click on the green bubble in the bottom right of the page, try to use the browser in incognito mode too

    Try to use different browsers via Incognito mode or delete the cache and cookies from your current browser.
