Hi our home internet has been down in Montreal for the past 24 hours. I’ve unplugged and replugged the modem several times and it still isn’t working. How can we get it going again?

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    I verified your modem`s signals and it appears that yesterday the modem has restarted quite a bit ( possibly manual restarts done from your side ) , but the signals are looking great.

    If by any chance you still have issues - leave the modem unplugged for about 10 + minutes and plug it afterwards.

    Sometimes, due to an electrical overload it might stop function properly, so keeping it unplugged for quite a bit can help restore the connection.

    On the last note, in the case that the connection is still not back up and running I suggest that you factory reset the modem by pressing the small button on the back of the modem ( in the small orifice ), using a sharp object for about 20 seconds until the modem reboots itself.
    You will then need to connect to the default network using the default password on the white label.

    Check if the Easy connect interface pops-up after the factory reset and if does not try to log to the modem`s interface via 192.168.0.1 from any browser.
    using these :
    Username: cusadmin
    Password: the password written on the white label on the back
