Having issues transferring my phone number and no luck getting to customer service on the chat
I tried to transfer my phone number, contacted my old carrier, got the notification, text yes and then i got a notification from fizz that IMEI was wrong, resubmitted it and nothing has happened.
Tried the support contact methods but when I click on the chat or message options nothing happens.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your account and it appears that the transfer has been completed in the meantime.
Be sure that you restart your phone with the Fizz Sim card inside , and test the line using the details found here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-test-my-fizz-line
Now regarding the chat , there have been a few slight issues but everything should be just fine now.
