Customer service is not 24/7

I asked a question at 8:21 PM. It is now 10:03 PM and I am still without an answer (minus the one customer service agent who popped up and then left me hanging).

If I didn't have to save money I wouldn't bother with this...

    We are sorry to hear about this situation and I can assure you that customer service is indeed here for you 24/7, however, it all depends on the number of contacts we have. It also depends on what source you are using to contact us, for example, if you are reaching out to us on Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, the response time will be longer, as they are not live communication channels.
