Fizz support not working

I need to urgently speak with someone at FIZZ URGENTLY regarding my account. I haven’t been a customer for even 30 days and I am being threatened with the suspension of my account. I have an open support ticket but no one will get back to me regarding that.

It seems like Fizz has blocked support on my account as for multiple days I have tried contacting someone at support but either the “chat” button doesn’t take me to a chat or when it does I don’t get an agent for hours.

What do I do?

    Unfortunately you cannot speak with someone if not through chat

    You should re-try to contact Fizz thru chat with different time to see ( maybe early in the morning ).

    "Chat" is the most efficient way to communicate with Fizz to resolve a problem.
