Usually in 2 hours it should be done. Did you port your old number? If yes, did you confirm the porting out to your old provider? If you did all that, you're better off contacting customer support

Thank you for becoming a Fizz member of our mobile plans.
After making the necessary verifications into my tools I was able to see that your activation is complete.
The plan is active and the services should work properly.
Normally, the transferring of the phone number, takes about 2 hours and this is why for a period the status was "pending activation".
It takes some time for the system to send the confirmation message and then after your reply, to process this change.
