I apply for400 internet speed, but it does not commit and I am nit able to contact any agent to complain

    If you mean that your are not able to put the order try with a different browser

    If this is not what you mean, please clarify your problem

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    I checked your modem`s signals and on the wired part, everything appears to be in order ( your plan has a speed of 400+ MBPS).

    If you have issues on WiFi, I kindly invite you to download the Fizz WiFi app from here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-wi-fi-technologies-used-fizz 

    Open the Fizz Wi-Fi app in Overview and press the three dots in the upper right corner to access the application menu.

    Select More
    Select "Fizz support"
    ►Tap "Tools and support"

    Run a network scan , check what it has to say and reach our customer service either on Live chat : https://fizz.ca/en/support so they can check what`s happening.
