Changed modem
Hi,
A technician came to replace my fizz modem and he set it up on his own phone and now I can't access my fizz app it says system is offline when it is up and running. My question is, how do i change my modem to the new one on the app? Uninstalled and reinstalled still dame problem

I believe that the modem is not assigned to your account yet
If you need to modify some configuration for today connect to http://192.168.0.1
If tomorrow still doesn't work you can contact the support

Yeah. I just needed to reassign the new modem with the app. Its funny when i tried on my own it didn't work. Online with them and boom it works.
All is good now. Thanks for all your suggestions
