since 11:14 am all my internet 🛜 gone :( I redid everything from new , reset modem , disconnected everything still nothing need internet for security camera :(

    Did you try to see if there's an outage on the Videotron network? If that's not the case, you should contact Fizz customer support!

    If you did everything, probably there is a maintenance in your sector.
