Internet 10Mbps
currently have internet 10mbps for $30 but the system says we're paying $35. We have $4 rebate. The math doesn't add up?
The system says we can have 30Mpbs for $35. So does that mean if we change it will be $31 after the $4 rebate?
very confusing!!!

Did you consider the taxes on top of the price?

Hi @fizzfairy
Modify your plan, yes the new price is 35$ for the 30mbps, and if you have 4$ rebate, this will end up to 31+TX

Internet plans became less expensive in the last period!

Hello @fizzfairy
You got it right! 😀
If you decide to change your plan, (make sure you do so at least 5 days before the end of cycle date) you can do it from your account → My plans → Manage my plan → Change my plan; then you'll benefit of a higher speed of 30Mbps instead of 10Mbps at the same price (without taxes). ⚡️
More details regarding plan changes can be found here
