Just wondering about switching over. Does Fizz have 5G by default? Also what's it like in the USA,... I'm there 5 months of the year.

    Hi @Freddy4

Fizz doesn't have the 5G, the USA coverage is good.

However, you cannot use for more than 3 months https://fizz.ca/en/faq/partner-networks

    Hello Freddy4,
Thank you for the interest in our services.
As you were already informed, for the moment at Fizz we are not offering the 5G option.
Right now, we are implementing Volte for our mobile plans.
Here you can find more details:  https://fizz.ca/en/faq/why-volte-important
Regarding the USA situation, you can use the services properly if the phone is Volte compatible with Fizz and the SIM card is also a Volte one.
For that, you will either need to have USA coverage or a Travel Add on for this area.
I kindly wish to inform you that the majority of the usage should be on the Fizz network, therefore if you will stay in USA for 3 consecutive payment periods, Fizz will block access to the partners networks ( https://fizz.ca/en/faq/partner-networks ).
    Your understanding is highly appreciated.
    Have a great day.
