Data gifting error

Hi there,
I want to gift data, but keep receiving this message:
"ABC did not receive your data.
There’s been an error. Your data couldn’t be sent to ABC, and was therefore returned to your plan. Please try again."
The chatbot is of no use.
Help please! Thank you!
