"number not assigned" when people call me

Ported from Public over a week ago and since then people are telling me they try and call it says "number not assigned".

Anyone know why this is happening? I am in the middle of Edmonton, AB with good reception.

    It seems a problem with the porting

    We are sorry to hear about this situation and I can assure you that our customer service will be more than willing to find the root of this issue. We will need you to contact the customer service representatives, provide them with information on this subject, for example, at least three phone numbers that called you and received this message, the date and time and their location. Does this happen locally as well? You can ask a friend to call you while you are nearby and see if it goes through.
