Is the coax cable need to be plug in too? to have internet

    It seems misleading in the pub; the modem shown appears to be the Coda-4060, which requires a coaxial cable.

    Fizz is using the Videotron cable, I believe that they want to tell that it is easy to setup which is true

    Thank you for your feedback!

    As @elena code xzi4t stated ,our modems do use a coaxial cable so for the connection to work, you`ll be sent a cable also ( coaxial cable ) if you have a self-installation and if you have a auto-installation - the cable should be already in your home ( or a coaxial outlet also ).
