Following my verification, the modem appears online and the signals are in optimal parameters.
Could you please restart your modem? To do so, please unplug the power cable of the modem, leave it until all the lights are off, allow it 10 more seconds then plug it back. Please make sure that you are using an electrical outlet, not a bar/extender. After this, make sure the outlets used to connect the cables to the modem are functioning and that the cables themselves, are properly plugged on both ends, if possible, test different outlets as well.
