    You need to move the internet when you move internet this will be updated, this is the guide https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service

    Hello @KELVINLEFEBVRE ,

    If you planned to move to another address, you can simply complete a move request directly from your Fizz account by going to My plans > Manage plan > Appointments and follow the on-screen steps in order to select the installation type you would like to have.

    Please keep in mind that,  regardless of the installation option you choose, you will have to pack up and bring your Fizz Wi-Fi modem to your new address.  You can find detailed information into this FAQ page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service .
