Delayed SIM card delivery

I ordered a SIM card 10 days ago and it hasn't arrived yet. Please could you tell me if this delay is normal? I have tried to contact the Fizz staff via chat without success, no one responded to me.

    10 days is a limit, check if you have a store selling the card near you https://fizz.ca/en/participating-stores/sim-card

    You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support to receive a refund for the SIM that you didn't received

    We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with the SIM card delivery.
    Normally the delivery of the SIM cards takes from 2 to 5 business days in accordance with this FAQ:

    After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we saw that you were able to reach our customer service agents and you received a refund for the undelivered SIM card.
    If you wish, you can order a new SIM card from your Fizz account or purchase it directly from a partner store, like Couche Tard or Jean Coutu pharmacies.
