Delayed SIM card delivery

I ordered a SIM card 10 days ago and it hasn't arrived yet. Please could you tell me if this delay is normal? I have tried to contact the Fizz staff via chat without success, no one responded to me.

    10 days is a limit, check if you have a store selling the card near you https://fizz.ca/en/participating-stores/sim-card

    You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support to receive a refund for the SIM that you didn't received
