I have started getting spammed with "Your Fizz wallet is running low." emails. Why?
I am on a monthly plan. I don't have a wallet that I know of.
How can I stop the spam, or at least find out why it thinks I need to add funds to my non-existent wallet?
On a side note. Rob, the chatbot, sucks. It's seriously un-helpful. I'm considering moving my business elsewhere. Have to think on that one….
And, just an observation, "Contact Fizz | Customer service - Contact us 24/7. That’s what we’re here for," is a huge joke.
